1. Avitan Premium & Luxury Group take reasonable steps to protect personal data (i.e., information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person) processed in the context of the Reservation System against loss and unauthorized access, use, deletion and disclosure; and, as required by applicable laws, process personal data in a manner that ensures appropriate confidentiality and security of the personal data.

2. Avitan Premium & Luxury Group confirms that it is responsible for the handling and security of the personal data it holds and processes within the Reservation System.

3. Avitan Premium & Luxury Group processes the personal data he has received from guests within the Reservation System in accordance with applicable law, including (if applicable) Directive 95/46 / EC and 2002/58 / EC (as amended or replaced by subsequent legal acts) on the processing of personal data and confidentiality protection or the EU General Regulation on the Protection of EU Data, only as necessary to fulfill the requested reservation services, and if Avitan Group has obtained explicit consent from the guest to any other use of guest’s personal data.

4. Avitan Premium & Luxury Group intends to notify and will notify guests or other parties (e.g., the competent data protection authorities and / or government agencies) of a data breach (any discovered or suspected incident resulting in accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction of, loss of, alteration of, access to, disclosure of, or use of personal data) involving personal data.

5. Avitan Premium & Luxury Group can transfer your Personal Information to third parties (or otherwise give them access to it) only in the following manner and in the following cases:

5.1. Avitan Premium & Luxury Group has a partnership with a number of Service Providers, whose services and solutions complement, facilitate and improve the Service provided by us. They include booking services, reservation system synchronization services, data storage and protection services, web analytics, email distribution and monitoring services, marketing services (collectively, "Service Providers (s)").
Such Service Providers may or may otherwise have access to the Personal Information of our Visitors and Users.

5.2. Avitan Premium & Luxury Group may disclose or otherwise permit others to access your Personal Information on a legal request, in particular a summons to a court, under another legal procedure, a search warrant or court order, or to comply with applicable laws if we conscientiously proceed from the fact that the law requires us to do this with or without prior notice.

5.3. Avitan Premium & Luxury Group may share your Personal Information with third parties if we believe in good faith that this will help protect the rights, property or personal safety of Avitan Premium & Luxury Group or any other member of the community, with or without notice.
